Our IET Global Supply Chain team select suppliers through qualification processes and provides improvements utilizing supplier scorecards.

Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and advise improvement plans where needed.

The Procurement Product Leader for Plant & Module will coordinate strategy for product development for the assigned area, where will be responsible to support product development and cost out program from very early phase up to industrialization, commercialization and service.

As a Procurement Product Leader - Plant & Module, you will be responsible for:

- Driving strategies for the product to be developed/under development from the very early stage in order to guarantee product industrialization

- Executing on business needs in terms of supplier identification, competitiveness, capacity, lead time and engagement

- Defining Product Development Program negotiations to achieve objectives and ensure product cost stability and product cost targets achievement

- Connecting with the rest of the organization to implement and finalize initiatives regarding assigned products and long term technology introduction Driving benchmark for competitor supply chain

- Facilitating technical alignment between engineering and suppliers

- Have background in Engineering or Economic

- Demonstrate good experience in Sourcing

- Be fluent in English

- Demonstrate business acumen

- Be able to lead complex initiatives
