GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.
Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.
Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1. 000 people.
Main activities will include the coordination of the Savings collection process and the accuracy check of the process and of the saving calculation formulas used by buyers.
Furthermore, he/she will cooperate with local entities to monitor and verify the status of the main Procurement KPI's.
He/She must ensure that any activities and projects related to the Procurement Reporting are completed in time.
He/she will be also responsible to support the PM of the main procurement strategic initiatives, developing documents with the status of key projects to illustrate the progress of such initiatives to the Top Management.
He/she will support also budgeting and forecast processes within the function.
Main tasks:
- Monitor the main Procurement KPIs both at Category and Country level;
- Produce monthly and quarterly documents (e. g.
Dashboards) to illustrate the progress of such KPIs to Top managers, Board of Directors, Heads of Local procurement and Procurement community in general.
- Support the analysis of the reporting activities performed to identify potential areas of optimization
- Produce ad hoc report and presentations
- Coordination and monitor of Group Procurement key projects and the team's operational activities
- Deliver reports on-time
- Manage the budgeting and forecast processes
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business administration, Management or Engineering
- Experience of 5-8 years
- Previous experience in consulting firms or multinational companies
- Full proficiency in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
- Ability to manage MS Excel and MS Power Point
