Role Description LCP Localizations is looking for a

remote contract Procurement Specialist

to support our expansion into the IT sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for registering our company on supplier portals and initiating relationships with leading IT companies to unlock new business opportunities.

The initial contract will focus on

creating a comprehensive database of supplier portals

and establishing a structured framework for accessing bids.

Based on performance and results, this role has the potential to transition into a

full-time position , where you will actively manage and respond to bidding opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications Proven experience in procurement, vendor registration, or bid management, preferably within the

translation, localization, or language services industry.

Strong understanding of

supplier portals, RFP processes, and procurement frameworks

in the IT or language services sector.

Ability to

identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers

in IT companies and procurement departments.

Excellent organizational skills to

build and manage a structured database

of supplier portals and bidding opportunities.

Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate

contract requirements, compliance, and competitive positioning.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to

work independently

in a remote environment.

Fluency in

English

is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Familiarity with

enterprise procurement systems

is a bonus.

Candidates with previous experience handling supplier registrations and RFPs for other translation or localization companies will be highly preferred.
