**THE ROLE

**Procurement Specialist

- The person will be responsible for:

- Manage negotiations, procurement and strategy necessary to ensure a reliable supply of high quality raw materials, optimizing the T. C. O.

(Total Cost of Ownership);

- Manage relationships with current suppliers and acquire new ones;

- Know very well the technical and productive characteristics of the product to be treated;

- Supporting the procurement team and the Global Procurement Director in the management of the activities;

- Collaborate with the different business functions ( Supply Chain, Commercials - Sales, Marketing, Product Management) in order to achieve the best result;

**TTRIBUTES

- Technical Degree (preferably in Engineering);

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the roles of supplying or supply chain, matured preferably in structured multinationals of the chemical/plastic field;

- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);

- Good knowledge of the Office package

- Ability to solve problems and work in a team.
