The candidate will be part of the Procurement Unit of Allianz SpA and will contribute to the following tasks:

end to end set-up of the procurement tenders (scouting, vendors qualification, sketch out of the request in the e-tendering platform, offers comparison, awarding) while being the focal point for the internal clients and the suppliers invited in the selection process

procurement reporting (e. g. savings tracking, KPI and SLA, drill-down analysis)

support to the Business Owners in the contract set-up, in cooperation with Legal dept.

Procurement special projects (e. g. processes improvement/streamlining, IT tools development, International projects steered by the HQ, etc. )

interaction with the Global Sourcing Category Leads and peers from other OEs/countries

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics or Technical degree

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e. g. Excel, Power Point)

Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders

Good team-working skills

Good analytical and project management skills

Fluent in Italian and English
