Key Activities and Responsibilities:

- Create vendors account in the ERP system;

- Issue purchase order/contract according to terms and conditions negotiated by the Buyers and ensure the signing in time;

- Support functions in entering the goods receipt in the ERP system;

- Support the accounting team in managing potential discrepancies to complete purchase process (e. g.

"three-way match" failed);

- Support in the preparation of reporting & analytics on spending;

- Archive all documents needed for audit and tax purposes, to confirm product warranty and to facilitate vendors management.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma

- B. S.

Accounting, Finance, or Business highly desired

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Procurement

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Office suite experience with proficiency in Excel

- Fast and accurate data entry skills

- Experience in the use of Microsoft D365, PowerBI and Procurement tools such as Ariba or Jagger

- Required language: Italian and English proficient

Soft Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and process large volume activity

- Willingness to assist team as needed to obtain department goals

- Strong customer service approach to managing daily inquiries

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Able to work well in a fast-paced, friendly, team-oriented work environment

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines
