For our Italian headquarter based in Naples, Fresenius Medical Care - NephroCare Italia is looking for a Procurement Specialist Intern.

As a part of the Purchasing Team, the Intern will be involved in the activities related to the replenishment process for NephroCare Italia Clinics, and the migration to and roll out of a new ERP system SAP InSITE.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the migration to and roll out of our new ERP system SAP InSITE;

- Support the replenishment process for consumables in consignment stock to NephroCare Clinics;

- Update and maintain the Clinics and Products Master Data in SAP;

- Maintanace of master data and replenishment process in ReplenishmentTool (RT);

- Support the Clinics Forecast and Inventory figures in RT;

- Verification of Order proposals calculated by RT;

- Ordering confirmation and delivery notes to Clinics, creation of third parts purchasing requisition in SAP, information to Clinics and posting of relevant good entries;

- Support the activities related to bottleneck or product with low availability coordinating with Fresenius Medical Care and NephroCare Italia;

- Assist the purchasing forecast figures to Fresenius Medical Care Italia.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- University Degree or equivalent in Economics / Business Administration;

- Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel;

- Good knowledge of English and Italian, written and spoken;

- Any experiences with SAP tool could be a plus.

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Willigness to learn;

- Ability to work with figures and analyze data;

- Team working skills.
