**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Become a part of our Procurement unit based in Caleppio di Settala.

To cover maternity leave, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist.

The purpose of the position is to guarantee the supply in terms of planned quantities, defined packaging, and established times of all the raw materials and semi-finished products for the company production process.

- Participates in the elaboration of the purchase and procurement plan for raw materials and semi-finished products on the basis of pre-established programs

- Elaborate and plan the short term purchase activity in order to guarantee the regular and efficient functioning of the activities related to the company organization

- Organize the program of reminders to suppliers in case of late deliveries or when quality problems arise, maintaining good relations with them

- Pay particular attention to the management and archiving of all documentation

**YOUR PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree in procurement or equivalent qualification

- Experience in procurement of a manufacturing international company

- Good communication skills in English

- Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office, in particular Excel

- Good knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus
