The Position You will join the Procurement department of Roche Diagnostics Italy and report directly to the Lead of the function.

You will develop a strategic approach in supplier management, data analytics capabilities, and market trend knowledge. As part of the team, you will be directly involved in the deal process managing the scouting and selection of the best performing suppliers, in terms of both price efficiency and quality, to support in determining the best solution our company can offer to customers in participating in tenders in the market. Aimed at bringing innovative solutions, you will work in close collaboration with the Commercial team, Marketing team, and Technical team, acting as a strategic partner capable of capturing and understanding their needs and scouting for the best solutions to respond to them.

You will also work closely with the Regulatory & Quality team and Legal team to ensure compliance with supplier solutions/products' regulatory and legal aspects. You will build strong knowledge in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and strategic decision-making activities to support the company's sustainability strategy in the mid-long term. You will learn to develop analysis, dashboards, and KPI monitoring to measure suppliers' performance and the achievement of company objectives and goals.

We will offer an internship of 6 months (reimbursed). Degree in economic disciplines or Management Engineering; Excellent knowledge of the English language and of the main IT tools - specifically, a good management of the Office package is required; Good capacity for analysis, result orientation, and organizational skills; Good predisposition for interpersonal relationships and openness to relationship/communication; Proactivity, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure; Ability to work in a team and cross-functional environment.
