**Posizione**:

Digital Diversity Week supports ABB in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L. 68/99) to be placed as Product & Quotation Process Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

- Support at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales process.

- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high level of quality, accuracy and process consistency.

- Representative LSO for all tools related topic in the area.

- Support the development and use the opportunity tracking tolls and collect the business requirement.

- Ensure a proper communication and update on issue related to tools development and new functionalities.

- Collaborate to the alignment on relevant KPIs to track and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Inquiry to order process.

- Support the development and sharing of sales report as well as of market intelligence essentials.

- Contribute to the team culture of quality and performance, supporting sharing of best practice.

**Requisiti**:

- Belonging to the protected categories l. 68/99

- University degree in electrical/energetic engineering or economics.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in any of the following areas: quotations, technical support is appreciated.

- Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR) is a plus.

- Deep understanding of business processes as well as of organization setup.

- Strategic thinking and technical knowledge to be able to work at different levels in the organization and with different stakeholders to enable sales process effectiveness.

- Fluency in English (B2 level at least) and in Italian (B1 level at least).

- Good relational skills.
