**Posizione**:

The Product and Innovation specialist will be responsible for all the product and services related to Pulsee brand (domestic-customers).

He/she will also contribute to small business product offering, when required.

**Main activities**:

- Benchmark of competitors' products and offering

- Definition of offering and prices, along with Pricing and Portfolio team.

Management of monthly price list updates

- Product P&L monitoring

- Design and implementation of new product concepts

- Scouting ideas and partner for product innovation, value added services, platform functionalities.

Scouting through research, partners, hackathon etc.

- Economical evaluations and business plans for new products

- Market test running

- Maintenance of existing products, in terms of technical adjustments, prices changes, documentation updates.

- Project management for product development and maintenance, coordination of: IT department, Legal and regulatory, Credit and Tax, Customer Care, Digital platforms, External partners.

The resource will coordinate two or more external partners.

**Requisiti**:

- Previous experience in same role, preferably in energy companies

- Analytical skills

- Entrepreneurial attitude

- Passion for innovation, digital world, start-ups

- Good use of excel and power point

- Good communication skills

- Good level of English
