At United Call Centers we provide OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally 25+ languages and we are currently looking for a talented _**Product and Process Trainer **_for our International Team. _

**Job responsibilities**:

- Providing induction and product trainings for new recruits

- Providing refresher trainings for UCC's teams

- Providing new product & process trainings

- Creating and updating training materials

- Attending weekly process meetings with the client

- Recording process changes and communicating these to the management and the agents

- Updating and maintaining the training platforms

- Developing effective job coaching and training plans

- Communicating with employees to understand their goals and ambitions

- Assisting agents to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals

- Assessing the strengths of individuals and teach them to use them effectively

- Guiding agents in learning to complete job tasks

- Helping in the development of motivation and skills

- Monitoring and evaluating progress of agents

- Keeping records and documentation and preparing appropriate reports

- Performing Quality Audit checks for the team depending on training workload

- Providing feedback/coaching for the team based on QA checks depending on training workload

- Supporting the team with daily operational questions

- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Trainer

- You have already spent at least 1 year in the BPO industry and understand the highest level of customer experience

- You speak English on a professional level

- You can easily and effectively communicate with stakeholders and business partners

- You have a great understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

- You are willing to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching

- You are proficient with MS Office (esp.

Powerpoint); knowledge of e-learning software is an asset

- You are stress-tolerant and can work under pressure

- You have phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

- You are a natural born motivator

- Your organizational and time management abilities are exceptional
