Product/Application Manager - Refrigeration Food Retail

For our Refrigeration Sales and Marketing department we are looking for a Group Application Manager for Food Retail who will lead the growth of the assigned applications with a global perspective.
The candidate will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will be based in Brugine (Padova, ITA) with a mix of office and smart working.
What will you do?
Marketing Unit Food Retail is a team dedicated to define , launch and promote the solutions to cope with the customers' needs within the different Food Retail applications.
The solutions are meant as a set of components to build and control the refrigeration part of showcases cabinets, condensing units, and compressor racks.
Within the assigned application, you will: Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations framework Develop the current marketing segmentation Evaluate new potential market niche , close to the assigned applications Develop a successful product and solution offer according to market segment value proposition Listen to customer voice analyzing customer feedback to improve the product offer Evaluate new products/solutions development through Business Plans preparation exploring customer requirements, value proposition, price positioning, launch activities and promotion Drive internal and external effective communication Collaborate with Image & Communication department defining communication plan , launch promotions , commercial material , marketing campaign , events and exhibitions Evaluate and execute promotional initiative with the sales organization Present the products portfolio to the sales organization, with dedicated events, training or supporting customer visits Collaborate with other department like product platforms, R&D, services and manufacturing to ensure a successful product deployment University degree in Engineering Experience in REF equipments, electronics and/or thermodynamic (is a plus) Experience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus) Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs Ability to organize work by priority, define plan and monitor Negotiation skills Availability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time) What are you waiting for?
