**Posizione**:

We are seeking a skilled **Product Assurance Manager**to oversee and execute Product Assurance (PA) activities within projects in the space industry.

The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards, supporting project reviews, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and reliability for space-related products.

The position will be based in Turin (Italy) and will require interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities

- Product Assurance Plan Execution: Collaborate with Project PA Managers to ensure that PA plans are properly implemented and adhered to.

- Documentation Review: Review quality and project documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.

- Quality Contributions: Prepare contributions related to quality for project reviews and participate in relevant meetings.

- Subcontractor Oversight: Ensure subcontractors' adherence to PA requirements by reviewing documentation, participating in meetings, and overseeing their PA plan implementation.

- Configuration Control: Ensure all documentation is maintained under strict configuration control.

- Non-Conformance Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of non-conformance reports (NCRs), from opening to closure, supporting the Non-Conformance Review Board (NRB) process.

- RFD/RFW Management: Assist in the management and resolution of Request for Deviations (RFD) and Request for Waivers (RFW).

- Customer and Team Interface: Act as a liaison between the project team and customer representatives for PA matters, including attending meetings and preparing detailed reports.

- Progress Reporting: Provide timely and comprehensive updates to the Project PA Manager on all activities performed.

**Requisiti**:

**Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.

- Experience: Demonstrated experience in product assurance or quality management

- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001, EN/AS9100, and ECSS standards.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing configuration control, NCRs, and quality documentation.

Experience with quality management systems is essential.

- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

- Tools: Experience with configuration management systems.
