Local Unit & Position Description:

**The main areas of responsibility are**:

- Support the internal process for all Product Assurance Service with specific focus in Medical Sectors;

- The knowledge and competence to support internal process for Industrial Sectors is a plus.

- Ensure support to each Operation activities, with focus in Medical sectors: planning, qualification and training on site, projects review, projects maintenance, managing mailbox and relative requests, related to certificates issues too.

- Ensure support in Planning activities to others LUs, interfacing directly with foreign colleagues.

- Ensure support to activities: new quote, recertification, company name changes management, managing mailbox and relative requests.

- Autonomy in achieving the assigned tasks

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree is a plus.

- Demonstrated skills with Excel, Access, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

- Good communication skills

- Good command of spoken and written English and Italian

- Some sales experience is an advantage

- Focused on customer satisfaction

- Structured and organized

- Service minded

- Accurate

- Independent

- Comfortable with a wide variety of administrative tasks, but also routine work- Energetic and positive attitude
