**THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for a Product Compliance Manger that will be responsible for managing the planning, development and coordination of all activities related to technical and regulatory adherence to commercialized products particularly; Brand requirements, quality requirements and international regulations across the NGG brands.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage product labelling compliance measures

- Develop sample plans that comply with the NGG brands requirement

- Monitor and update the RSL (restricted substance List), quality requirements and international regulations

- Liaise with testing laboratories on chemical and quality requirements and manage their testing program

- Plan and monitor social and environmental audits of suppliers for both raw materials and finished products

- Monitor international technical regulations

- Manage and update product certifications

- Coordinate activities to optimize the management of declarations, origin, assignment of custom codes and other mandatory data for product compliance

- Provide technical and regulatory support to the Customer Service and Legal team and other internal departments as required

**WHO YOU ARE

- 5+ years' experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury fashion company

- Bachelor's degree in informatics, Statistics or similar a master's with a focus on sustainability is a plus

- Proven experience working with international and national suppliers

- Fluent in English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process

- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- Problem solver with the ability to manage stress and pay close attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes

- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
