**Your role as a Product Compliance Manager will involve**:

- Guide the health & safety customer concern review process and manage timely reporting, communication and documentation of findings.

- Collect and analyse product data and documentation proactively to assess risk.

- Develop, document and maintain compliance procedures and protocols; conduct research and create relevant process workflows.

- Contribute to improvement opportunities to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated in the buying process.

- Cultivate relationships with designated testing service providers and use their available compliance resources to strengthen the Qurate compliance program requirements and processes.

- Plan, build, & implement a scalable testing program to meet the needs of Qurate quality and compliance requirements.

- Work with internal business owners and external organizations to maintain strategic requirements and timeframes for product compliance policies and oversee their implementation.

- Expertise to review, analyse and interpret complex technical documents, consumer product legislation and functional performance testing requirements.

- Expertise in review/understanding/interpretation of governmental regulations such as REACH.

- Develop and deliver presentations or written communications to vendors, buyers and leadership.

- Excellent organizational skills related to customer support, document storage and retrieval, project ownership and time management.

- Research, data mining, reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Preferred degree is in the physical or natural sciences.
