**The role

- Overall responsibility for the labelling of our products ranges with regards to legal requirements, including any dangerous products

- Oversee testing requirements for all product ranges and be responsible for associated documentation, including external reports received

- To be aware of any potential or impending violations of regulations or standards and follow the company reporting procedure

- Declarations of conformity, as and when required

- Making sure that products comply with the most recent norms, and are labelled in the correct way

- Ensure all relevant REACH, EN71, Food Tests, WEEE, ROHS, etc information are available and communicated where required

- Be up to date on any changes in law for the requirement of labelling and testing of our product range, implementing these changes as required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Knowledge of working within the giftware industry, desirable but not essential

- Must be self-motivated and confident
