About the Team:
- Stella McCartney Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Team is the key player in the S&OP processes within the company, at global level.
We ensure a smooth flow of finished goods from suppliers to stores to ensure the best customer service level, while ensuring a tight cost control on company's warehouses around the world.
We also strive to always increase logistics performances and effectiveness.

Role overview
- The role will report to the "Supply Chain and Logistics Director" and will be base in Milan (Italy). _
- The "Product Compliance Specialist" works across all of SMC's product categories (i. e.
Ready To Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, Accessories), acting as point of reference between the Company and external source as laboratories and consultants.
Implements programs, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with global regulation on product chemical compliance, safety, customs requirements and labelling in compliance with the Director indications.
Works closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility & Human Rights function. _- Create and drive framework to ensure that SMC has a "best in class" product compliance program, processes and internal controls. _- Monitors new/revised regulations and ensures action plans are established in the appropriate business groups with the support of external source. _- Clearly communicate regulatory requirements through written and verbal channels with the support of external source_- Oversee product testing and establish good working relationships with third party testing labs. _- Work with materials teams and SMC BUs to arrange for materials and/or finished goods testing required to identify root cause of product noncompliance and plan effective corrective actions with the support of external source_- Follow and support sustainability certifications (GOTs, GRSs, OEKO-TEX), working closely with the Sustainability Team to ensure that SMC is compliant with certification rules and regulations. _
**Requirements**:
- Academic background in _
- Chemical or Engineering _
- with specialization in _
- Product Compliance (bachelor or master degree);_- At least 2/3 years of experience in product compliance, matured in fashion industry / consultancy firm_- Attitude to work on different tech systems, curious to understand processes and data_- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills_- English fluent both verbal and written_- Proactivity & Team working_- Willing to travel_
Systems and Essentials- ERP knowledge (Stealth as a plus)_- Power BI_- Office (xls mastership)_
