**Product Controller Global Client Risk Management - UniCredit Bank AG Milan Branch

- Group Planning & Control CRM is the Divisional Financial Office for Global Client Risk Management (CRM) business areas, responsible for strategy definition, planning and controlling of the relevant financial KPIs.

Within the Department, the Product Control team is responsible, among others, for the daily P&L reporting, reconciliation to accounting and contributing to monthly reporting's for various stakeholders.

The job holder (M/F/d) will be in charge to manage all related reporting aspects as well as join project initiatives to improve existing functionality and to respond to regulatory or strategic needs.

**Your role**:

- P&L Reporting (Economic and IFRS) responsibility for Equity Brokerage Trading or Fixed Income Currency and Commodity Desks, aligning in close cooperation with main stakeholders such as Trading and Risk Controlling with focus on delivery of timely, complete and accurate T+1 P&L

- Deep dive into economic P&L explanation by risk drivers ensuring P&L developments match with portfolio profile

- Drive challenging projects and initiatives, promote own ideas to improve and enhance CARA reporting tool for more efficient, tailored to Controlling and Business reporting needs

- Proactively contribute to improving quality, accuracy, and completeness of P&L reporting

- Contribute to monthly P&L reconciliation activities ensuring most accurate accounting results preparation in a high senior management attention environment

- Working in a flexible and fast-paced, international mind-set environment, leveraging on the team individuals' qualities

Requisiti

**Your expertise**:

- University degree or similar qualification (i. e.

CFA, FRM) with a focus on finance, mathematics or accounting

- Previous working experience in Product Control, Risk or related business areas of minimum 2 years

- Profound Product know-how including but not limited to bonds, equities and interest rate, FX, equity and credit derivatives, preferably understanding of accounting principles

- Strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills

- Analytical and quantitative skills, problem-solving oriented

- Customer oriented mindset, proactive and ability to act as advisor to business and non-business partners

- Fluent in English; German and Italian speaking are a plus
