You should be self-motivated and you understand the fine balance between efficiency and first class customer service! You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills in pitching EFs High School Exchange Year program and successfully recruiting students.

To excel in this role, you need to be goal-oriented, highly motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed your milestones. Your success will be measured through objectives, particularly your ability to deliver strong conversion rates. This role requires a sharp mindset, an eye for opportunities, and the resilience to perform under pressure while meeting strict deadlines. **Basic Qualifications

- 1-2years of sales experience

- Bachelor Degree

- Full fluency Italian and English level, both oral and written
