The Video Experiences Product team within Deltatre is looking for an agile-spirited Delivery Director for our Over The Top video software development teams.

This role is ultimately responsible for driving delivery of the product teams; helping our agile teams implement changes effectively as the business scales, seamlessly deliver successful outcomes across each product while challenging and improving organisational processes.

**Key Responsibilities

- Defining structure, processes and frameworks for the Product Delivery team

- Contributing towards defining Product's OKR's and owning the outcome for your team

- Support business growth with clear focus on end-users and clients

- Increase collaboration with other VXP teams and business units

- Working with our teams to define and track our strategic OKRs with iterative improvements

- Support product teams in achieving their OKRs with a seamless delivery service.

Drive OKR ceremonies, reporting on progress to senior stakeholders

- Work with peers analysing team output to support key business decisions

- Collaborate with Product Director to plan new initiatives

- Manage strategic delivery of our Product roadmaps and define a process to manage incoming requests from Project teams

- Drive resource management and project management strategies with support from PMO, Talent Acquisition and Project teams

- Be the escalation point for Product delivery resolving conflicts and removing obstacles

- Drive teams and set the pace, ensuring teams are working towards delivery commitments

- Equip your team to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration within VXP Product

- Manage product status meetings tracking progress, escalating where required to leadership team

- Key partner for our services teams and commercial teams

- Help build a productive environment and culture where team members 'own' the product, enjoy working on it and stay motivated

- Lead a team of scrum masters and delivery managers that support our product development squads

- Line managing effectively through coaching, mentoring and supporting your team to achieve their objectives and overall career progression

- Overall managerial responsibilities include hiring, appraisals, having regular 121's focusing on your teams personal development plans and identifying training needs

- Take pleasure in seeing your team develop and succeed

- Experience as a Programme Manager or Delivery Lead in a product focussed company

- Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks and artifacts with experience in implementing digital transformative change

- Demonstrated experience in a senior role whilst managing teams to succeed

- A self-starter and self-manager who can engage people, take initiative, be innovative and seek out opportunities to create effective change

- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

- Outstanding organizational skills, able to communicate and present effectively

- Always be a team player!
