Job Details

As a Product Designer you will work hand in hand with the Product Design Lead to help shape the UX strategy, aligned to the product vision and help scale up the design maturity within Kantar Xtel.

In this role, you will:

- Contribute to the evangelization of Design Thinking at all levels of the organization;

- Manage the User Research phases in concert with the team;

- Create interactive prototypes and conduct relevant user tests to verify assumptions with our stakeholders (Lean UX) and customers;

- Organize information and workflows in a sustainable way, at the functional and platform level;

- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers;

- Co-construct and propose sustainable, feasible and scalable solutions based on user studies, workshops, and technical feedbacks;

- Design high-end interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups, ready for development.

- Participate in the development of our design system.

- We work with Figma.

For this role, you need to have:

- 4+ years of experience in UX and UI design practice;

- Experience with complex product and Agile Teams;

- Excellent knowledge of Figma;

- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken + written).

It would be a nice to have:

- Knowledge of data-intensive products, analytics and/or data visualization.

- Theoretical knowledge of psycho-cognitive models.

- You will participate in the structuring and development of a design organization;

- Sometimes flexible in your working hours, for ethnographic research, as some of our clients are in North America;

- Excellent team player, open minded, appreciates feedback

- Good communication and teaching skills.
