**Job Description**:

We are a small and energetic team of product managers and designers and we pride ourselves on our all-team collaborative approach and actively encourage learning.

We operate in cross-functional teams featuring software and test engineers, data analysts, product design and product management.

Our team is responsible for the definition and development of a digital solution aimed to support patients, healthcare practitioners as well as researchers and sponsors throughout the Clinical Trial journey and the clinical research process.

This is achieved by combining advanced tools for the collection of Real World Evidence with a patient-centric approach.

In this role, the product designer will contribute to the scoping and delivery of parts of the product roadmap.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Keeping our Design System up to date.

- Crafting wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.

- Developing prototypes to tackle challenging UX issues.

- Contributing to user research initiatives.

- Collaborating with a dynamic team to create user-centric solutions.

- Sharing and seeking feedback from fellow designers.

- Supporting User Research efforts.

- Creating design and functional prototypes for research, usability testing, and development coordination.

- Documenting designs and prototypes by fostering communication with developers.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- A degree in Design or equivalent hands-on experience.

- Experience with complex modular platform solutions.

- Bonus points for experience in the healthcare sector.

- 2 to 3 years of Product Designer experience.

- Show us your product design skills with a portfolio.

- Strong UI expertise for mobile and web apps.

- Mastery of Figma.

- A knack for managing and evolving Design Systems.

- Proven skills in design research.

- Excellent communication abilities.

- Ready to be a part of a remote-first, cross-functional team.

- English proficiency is a must.

- Help gather and analyze user insights to improve shaping digital products.
