User Experience and Design is a crucial differentiator of our product.

Design is at the very front end of this enormously ambitious mission, and we are looking for a product designer who can help lead this charge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take an active role in identifying the platform user experience needs of the company and participate in defining the roadmap.

- Work with Product Management to research customer needs, requirements, and motivations.

- Translate user research into high-level designs and user journey flows.

- Design interaction models and screen flows & develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate experience within the product clearly.

- Conduct user testing and adjust designs based on user feedback

- Prepare and present concepts and designs to internal teams and key stakeholders.

- Identify and troubleshoot user experience (UX) problems (e. g. , usability)

- Analyze post-launch user data to identify opportunities to improve UX

**Your Qualifications**:

- Relevant expertise.

Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role, Portfolio of design projects, knowledge of wireframe tools (i. e. , Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.

), flexible to use any design software that works well with the team.

- Passion for the topic.

You have a long-standing, proven passion for design, UI, UX.

- Reasoning and depth of learning.

You're structured and creative enough to solve the most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge.

You learn new concepts and skills rapidly and look to understand concepts genuinely in-depth.

- Drive.

You're energetic, hard-working, and persevere through adversity until the job is done and done well.

Ensuring that software is property assessed and tested for security vulnerabilities prior to implementation.

Ensuring that secure coding principles are practiced as part of software engineering activities
