About The Role As a Product Designer at Cleafy, you will play a critical role in designing intuitive and compelling user experiences for our enterprise B2B FxDR platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering to create designs that not only meet user needs but also drive business goals.

Your work will directly impact the usability and success of our products, helping users of our customers get the most value from Cleafy's solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop detailed user journey maps to inform design decisions Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications for new features and enhancements Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on findings Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve Cleafy's user experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered approach to design Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Why you should join Cleafy: Hybrid or remote job.
