Job Summary Our platform makes us the largest SaaS Management platform for Microsoft 365. The UX is the cornerstone of our platform. We aim to create value by making it usable and easy through an amazing User Experience. UX is at the very frontend of this enormously ambitious mission. We are committed to helping our customers maximize SaaS investments. Join our quest to conquer all competition, help us create beautiful UI, clear navigation paths, and work with the Product Team and Stakeholders to storyboard ideas and build sketches. Help our Software Engineering team create an amazing experience for our customers. Responsibilities Illustrate design ideas and concepts using concept maps, process flows, and sitemaps Design interaction models and screen flows Develop UI mockups and prototypes using Figma to clearly illustrate experience within the product Identify and troubleshoot user experience (UX) problems (e. g. , usability) Conduct user testing and adjust designs based on user feedback Adhere to style and brand standards for fonts, colors, and images Stay informed on new, relevant UI trends to make sure we don't miss out on game-changing opportunities to boost our productivity Minimum Requirements Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role. A portfolio of design projects is required. Experience in using Figma and working with design systems is a must. Knowledge of other wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design tools is a great plus (e. g. , Miro, Adobe Suite) Passion for product design, interaction design, or visual design. Ability to solve challenging problems independently and learn new concepts rapidly. Energetic, hard-working, and persevering through adversity until the job is done well. Curiosity and initiative in exploring new opportunities and testing new ideas. Eager to listen to feedback and constructive criticism.
