Daze's mission is to simplify and make electric vehicle charging accessible for everyone.

Together we design charging systems for individuals and companies, seeking the perfect balance between innovation and design.

Our company was born in 2016 from the intuition of two young mechanical engineers, Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni: the DazePlug, a simple mechanical arm that allowed the realization of the first prototype of an automatic conductive charger for electric vehicles.

Over the years, Daze's mission has developed to increasingly aim at proposing its own idea of a domestic eco-system, where sustainable mobility and smart energy management work together to enable a total and concrete energy transition.

**Your Role

- As a _Product Designer, you will join the Marketing & Design Department of Daze, within an extremely dynamic team, prepared and full of increasingly stimulating challenges made up of 7 other professionals in the sector.

You will be responsible for:

- the design of Daze products and accessories

- the creation of communication strategies consistent with the tone of voice of the Daze brand

- to offer constant support to the necessary senior designers

- to constantly challenge both your creativity and your technical skills

Specifically, your manager will be Matteo: resourceful and brimming with energy, Matteo has been in Daze for almost 2 years now.

Don't let his young age fool you: "Solaz" has been single-handedly pulling up his department since Daze was a startup, accruing a deep knowledge of the industry and its players.

A designer by training and a marketer by passion, he has honed his skills through his studies between Brescia, Milan and Seoul in South Korea.

Matteo succeeds in the arduous task of keeping his eccentric team in line with a managing style that is never rigid but always on point.

**The Profile We'Re Looking For

- You know how to design and implement good product concepts

- Get to know 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, KeyShot, VRay)

- Get to know Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

- You are full of creative ideas, and you do not miss an opportunity to share them with others because you do not fear judgment
