**Posizione**:

**Infocert** is looking for a** Product Designer **based in **Rome or Padua**.

**Main responsabilities**:

- Support cross-functional teams in designing user-centered solutions

- Lead user research activity to perform analyses, define personas, map user journeys and service blueprints;

- design and draw user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes;

- Collaborate with product team members to ensure feasibility of design solutions and their accurate implementation;

- conduct tests to validate and iteratively improve solutions;

- design, organize and facilitate workshops

- Contribute to the growth and improvement of team processes

**Requisiti**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in product companies

- Experience in communicating and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams (Developers, marketing etc)

- Ability to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes on Figma

- Ability to analyze data and use tools for user research (eg: Heatmapping, Google Analytics, Survey, moderated and unmoderated Usability)

- UX writing skills

- Professional Knowledge of the English language, French and Spanish are a plus

It will be considered a plus:

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (non-operational, just enough to communicate effectively with the development department)
