About the Role: You will be attached to the Product Design Team under the supervision of the Lead Product Designer. Your role will be to:

Design new features and improvements of the DiliTrust Governance Suite alongside Product Managers, assisting the product team in finding the best solutions to address real problems faced by our clients. Identify and prioritize user pain points during user research, preparing and conducting user interviews to break down issues into smaller problems to enhance the value of the DiliTrust suite. Oversee the design of each solution of your squad on a quarterly basis, applying UX/UI best practices and creating low-def and hi-def mockups, and prototyping solutions. Design solutions using a Design system and maintain and evolve it. During the delivery phase, collaborate with Product Managers to oversee the review of your solutions before release. Contribute to building and developing DiliTrust's design system to standardize the user experience across our product suite, with knowledge of mobile design being an advantage. Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions, conducting usability tests and customer interviews to assess relevance and establish KPIs for success. Profile required: You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI in a SaaS company. You are curious, empathetic, and motivated to bring the best solutions for SaaS to users. You can manage your work time and establish your priorities. You are fluent in English. Fluency in French and Italian is a big added value. Recruitment process: Everything moves fast at DiliTrust!
