**Job Description**:

**Your missions as a Product Designer UI/UX**:

- Conduct the life cycle of the product, from the research phase to the implementation of the solution.

- Work daily with the product owner and the development teams.

- Implement design methods.

- Alongside the Product Owner, you will need to identify the needs of the different user profiles according to the context as well as the qualitative and quantitative inputs.

- Organize and conduct user research (user interviews, observations, user tests, ).

- Synthesize user knowledge using appropriate tools, share it internally afterwards.

- Participate in the construction of the iterative product strategy.

- Organize, lead and co-design ideation workshops in person and remotely with multidisciplinary profiles.

- Create deliverables (user flows, wireframes, animated prototypes and mock-ups).

- Define and organize the follow-up of the KPIs of the implemented solutions/functions.

- Contribute to the development of the Design System

**Qualifications**:

**Who are you ?

- You have at least a 5 years experience as a Product Designer or UX/UX Designer

- You are willing to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile scrum environment.

- Results-oriented, you have a good analytical mindset.

- You know how to argue your design biases and carry the voice of the design within the company.

- You are guided to the "Data Driven Design".

Mastering Content Square is a plus.

- You are driven to the "Less is more" approach, as well as to clean and efficient interfaces.

- Mastering Figma is necessary.

- English is required for this position.
