Choose superior materials and craft technical solutions to balance quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Drive the R&D of groundbreaking materials and technologies, conduct essential tests, and secure needed certifications.

Collect and analyze insights from both internal stakeholders and customers to continuously refine and enhance glove designs.

Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to seamlessly incorporate fresh designs and ensure precise graphical representations.

Develop and trial physical prototypes, evolving designs to satisfy the stringent demands of professional athletes and everyday consumers.

Keep a finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends and technological advancements to elevate our glove offerings.

Oversee the documentation and dissemination of new materials and technologies within glove production.

REQUIREMENTS Demonstrable experience in product development, preferably within glove manufacturing or a similar segment of the apparel industry.

Extensive knowledge of the materials and technological solutions specific to glove production.

Well-versed in standards and certifications pertinent to glove manufacturing.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software.

Experience in developing products tailored to motorsports or action sports.

Outstanding project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
