**Position Overview

For maternity cover we are looking for a Product Development Associate who will support PD Team in different daily activities.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Support PD Team with preparation of seasonal fittings with Design (in particular preparation of collection board with Sketches)

- Archiving photos of the fittings in the folders in both Italy and NY Shared drivers

- Support the PD team with the shipments of prototypes/Samples garments and related documents to NY and to our vendors

- Support the PD team in press samples orders process with vendors (pass the orders, follow up status and shipments with vendors and update at base accordingly

- Archiving of invoices in our folders and samples costs seasonal charts, submitting invoices in our folders and sample costs seasonal charts, submitting invoices to our finance office for payment

- Support the PD Team in the organization and documentation for the seasonal "Carnet" shipment of samples from NY to Italy and back

**Experience, Skills & Knowledge

- Fluent english

- Good product knowledge (womens)

- Flexibility

Available for fixed-term contract (maternity cover) and to start ASAP.
