Responsibilities: Innovation Driver: Manage the development process using the APQP methodology, ensuring technical sustainability, profitability, and strong customer relations.

Technical Expertise: Define product specifications, utilizing internal and external resources for design, validation, and achievement of project objectives.

Reporting Excellence: Prepare and monitor internal reports for development projects, adhering to current regulations and industry standards.

Customer Collaboration: Draft technical analyses on returned products, collaborating closely with customers and contributing to shared reporting.

Production Support: Provide functional analysis support for product-related customer complaints, ensuring seamless collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Experience: Previous years of experience in a similar role is a plus, bringing valuable insights to our innovative projects.

Language Proficiency: Exhibit professional-level English language skills, enhancing your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
