Mission ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Product Development Innovation Team, the key responsibilities are:Support the Senior Product Development Innovation Manager during the development of new scents from concept ideation to compound validation for all the product categoriesCompetition Analysis: new trends and new products launches in the different markets with a global scope and approachTrend analysis: conduct research and identify emerging scents trends, within and outside beauty industry to be able to give support in the creation of new scents and concepts / briefsFollow up all activities related to fragrances formula development according to ADP/ LVMH RD development process guidelinesRegulatory reformulations: follow up of activities on compounds and formulasRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Chemistry is preferredA previous experience in a Fragrance House is a plus and in the fragrance's developmentProactive, creative mindset, analytical and detail-orientedRelational and agile approach to deal with different stakeholders and to manage multiple projectsPassionate about fragrances, olfactive trends and addicted to parfumsFluent EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art.
