Headquartered in Puglia, with an office in Milan, we are expanding our footprint across Europe, aiming to set new standards in the food industry. Position: Product Development LeadDescription: Lead the creation and commercialization of innovative, sustainable chocolate alternatives.

The role involves managing industrial application projects, guiding the NPD team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to develop products that meet clients' expectations for quality and taste. A few examples of your responsibilities and role:Lead development efforts for cocoa-free chocolate products from concept to industrial scale. Research ingredient functionality, sensory properties, and processing techniques to improve cocoa-free chocolate overall quality. Collaborate across teams to create successful products aligned with market trends and client requests. Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. Mentor team members and oversee project budgets and timelines. You will be a great fit if you have:Bachelor's in Food Science or related field; Master's preferred. 5+ years of experience in food product development in industrial settings. Expertise in food chemistry, processing technologies, and project management.
