Job description

- Manage the overall product development cycle of the collection respecting the scheduling and the season's budget

- Determine the target prices of the different product's categories

- Manage collection budgets, oversee actual VS planned and adjust any over spending

- Carry out production fittings of the collection within the scheduled timeline, industrializing fashion show pieces to derive to target price points as per merchandise plan

- Work across internal teams and external vendors/ factories for coordinating the overall development process and negotiation if necessary

- Able to manage works with different teams, including Fabrics, PD team and Creative team etc.

- Support in ad hoc projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Product Development or related discipline preferred

- With 8+ years' relevant experience in related industries

- Familiar with matrix international work environment

- Possess solid knowledge of product development cycle, calendar timeline, garment construction, technical performance materials and "made IN & OUT"

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

- Well-organized, goal-oriented and self-motivated
