We are looking for a dynamic and talented Product Development Process Project Manager to join our Operations Team and play a crucial role in our Champion EMEA headquarters in Carpi (Modena, Italy). As our next Product Development Process Project Manager, you will work with the main stakeholders (product, marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams) to design comprehensive launch plans, aligning with overall brand and business objectives. This role represents an exciting opportunity within our organization for a skilled professional who is eager to contribute to the growth of our operations team. RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement and improve cross-functional Go To Market processes (from design phase to in-store delivery). Oversee project timelines and budget, ensuring each stage meets deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate deliverables, manage resources, and solve potential roadblocks. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform launch strategies and ensure alignment with market demand. Identify potential risks or challenges in the go-to-market plan and develop contingency solutions. Deliver monthly Go To Market reviews and operational planning documents, setting and monitoring KPIs. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. 5 years in project management with experience in go-to-market strategies. Project management and analytical mindset. Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change. Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
