Barilla Group wants to recruit a Product Development Professional to be included in the Global Coe&d Pasta team.

The position is based in Parma (hybrid work modality) and reports to the Director Global Coe&d Pasta.

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION

With reference to these categories, s/he will contribute to the development of innovation and renovation projects, from product design definition to prototyping and industrial production start up.

S/he will interact with other units (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance), in compliance with Phase & Gate standard process and other innovation policies and procedures.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Academic degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.

- 2/3 years working experience in product development and/or innovation.

It will be appreciated a specific knowledge of meal solutions through different production technology: ambient, frozen or even chilled/fresh

- Food Passion

- Can do attitude, bringing fresh perspective and out of the box approach, able to work with a high level of autonomy.

- Able to coordinate cross-functional and international relations with internal stakeholders.

- Team player with great ability to work in fast paced environment

- Great ability to build strong relations with people of different function within the company and with representatives of external partners of industry or academic world

- Project management skills, thrives from teamwork and continuous improvement approach.

- Fluent in English and Italian
