Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with regional labs to understand their needs

- Work with R&D and other functions located around the globe on the development of new product platforms.

- Work toward technical milestones and deliver results on time.

- Maintain project information up to date.

- Maintain and grow an understanding of general industry coating processes, including details of key customer lines.

- Simulate customer line conditions to increase the speed and success rate of product launches.

- Maintain and communicate results through written and verbal summaries, coatings reports

- Work safely, following all lab procedures and contributing to the maintenance of high safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High-school diploma in chemistry or technical or equivalent.

- 5 years experience in R&D technician/lab activities in an industrial field

- Deep paint spray abilities, experience in frontend and backend evaluation

- Knowledge of lab materials and manual activities

- Ability to work as a part of a team; ability to work and communicate effectively with the team members.

- Ability to write clear, complete and concise reports.

- Good written and speaking English

- Ability to travel up to 10%.
