but we need your help to grow even faster.

we're looking for the first product engineer (apart from me) to join our product team (front-end mobile app written in Flutter) and crank out features and product growth experiments at the speed of light, and with the quality excepted from an engineer.

you will report directly to me as I lead product, and think very well about what we release together with the growth team.

our main values: extreme curiosity better be fast than right we hire for growth, growth is everyone responsibility insane ambition, we think waveful is going to be the greatest social of all time in it's category and we expect you to think so ownerships: write clean Flutter code (with the help of AI for speed) ship fast product features and experiments define product and design requirements before writing code write clean and efficient documentation where necessary define product operations where necessary write code front-end automations in other languages where necessary self-reliability and bottom-up management approach requirements: experience in Flutter (the exact amount doesn't matter, but it shows that you know your stuff) really good UX / product reasoning ability previous experience as software engineer / cracked PM / hands-on product role in a b2c tech company (or your own), big plus if it was a network effects first product you like dolphins the offer: €65K-70K + abundant stock compensation (high skin in the game) full-remote by default, hybrid preferred (a retreat per month in Milan + 2 weeks in SF per year are mandatory) exceptional growth opportunity in your career, compensation and knowledge we will be going trough speedrun by a16z, we have the most cracked american network you can imagine honestly I don't like making strange benefits lists, happy to accomodate to specific needs expect a screening interview + deep interview + final interview and job offer usually we go from first interview to job offer in less than 1-2 weeks if we see what we're looking for.
