Product Engineering Manager
THE ROLE
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the design team from the early stages of the project, including the ECO phase
- Support the design team in selecting processes and technologies, from feasibility studies to component implementation
- collaborate in the design review phases, providing support to assess the operational feasibility of design selections.
- Contribute to defining proposals to evaluate production feasibility
- Review project documentation to ensure completeness for production purposes
- Develop technical and production cycles and provide operational process instructions
- Make necessary information to procurement available and participate in supplier qualification, assessing their technical and operational capabilities
- Lead the production engineering team
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 of years of experience in a production engineering, with a focus on the aerospace sector
- Strong knowledge of production processes
- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in quality standards and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry
- Knowledge of composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques
