As Product Expert, you will be part of the Front Office within Marketing and Pricing Team. YOUR MISSIONSupport the development of financial products in order to boost OEM salesYOUR ROLESupport the implementation of the full product line-upAnalyze product shares and characteristics, campaign performance and support corrective measures for improvementRun competitors and market analysis for relevant financial products and benchmark OEMs programs/financial campaignsAssist the PM participation into the major joint meetings with OEM (Operational Sales & Mktg Meetings, Residual Value Committee, etc.

)Hold the preparation of reporting materials to OEM and internal functionsManage IT systems for the correct financing programs implementation (current& new products management, repricing, new product launch test, etc.

)Cooperation with field force for dealers' operational requestsMonthly CTA creation for OEM websites promotionWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED2 years of experience in an automotive Brand, Financial Services/ BankUniversity degree in Marketing or EconomicsAdvanced Training/Education in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Identity, Product Management, Relationship/ with Account ManagersCaptive Banking experience is preferred - ideally within product- and/or brand-managementExperience/Insight in the Automotive Industry in ItalyExperience developing executive presentations, dashboards, process dashboards, and monitoring toolsAbility to "get things done" even in difficult environmentsAnalytical skills to develop correct actions from informationStrong Team Player with excellent communicative skillsEnglish: fluent in speaking and writing.
