**About the Role**:

We are currently looking for a talented professional for the Group FSQ Product Design function, to support Better For You category.

This function is responsible to collaborate with R&D and other Functions in order to support Products Innovation processes with the aim to ensure that all Food Safety and Quality standards are taken into account across the development of new Products (or Products renovation) and that the final Products fully comply with regulations and Ferrero FSQ requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, supporting Products Innovation processes, by providing Food Safety and Quality expertise along the projects and interacting with all other FSQ departments when needed.

You will design Quality System for Better For You Category, issuing Product Quality Specifications which include all quality standards to be respected by all functions.

Your role will involve the support on request for the management of NC, incidents or derogations.

You will take part as a matter expert for Product Quality Specifications to governance meetings and will be responsible of the communication of the Product Food Safety & Quality KPI's through the Product Food Safety & Quality Innovation Dashboard (new Products monthly report).

**Who we are looking for**:

You will bring your university** Master's Degree** preferably in Food Science / Technology, Chemistry, Biology or related fields with specialization in Food Safety and Quality standards (Food Safety and Quality management system and associated normative referentials/schemas, HACCP, etc. )

and consolidated professional experience in these fields (Food Safety & Quality), preferably within structured food companies and preferably to support **Product Development** activities.

Analytical skills, proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, teamwork, drive for results attitude will be fundamental, as well as ability to manage relationship with different stakeholders, international mindset and global mobility.

Availability to international business trips is required.

Regarding IT and Language Skills, familiarity with SAP and an advance knowledge of English are expected.
