Job Description Summary:
The Product Launch Manager - Italy will define, orchestrate and execute the Go-to-Market for our merchant products in Italy. The role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of the PayPal Italy product strategy. The PLG Team (Product, Launch and Growth) team are at the crucial intersection of Payments, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Government Relations, Legal and Compliance.

Your day-to-day:
In your day-to-day role you will:
Lead and build a customer centric and commercially aligned Go to Market strategy.
Bring market and functional stakeholders together to build coherent and impactful launches that deliver against market goals.
Articulate market launch dependencies and milestones and drive delivery to ensure readiness to launch.
Proactively identify, mitigate and effectively escalate risks to product launches to ensure a smooth, transparent and impactful roll out.
What do you need to bring:
7+ years of professional experience across strategy, consulting, go to market.
Track record of working independently in a highly organized way.
Strong communication skills particularly when managing across stakeholders.
Be comfortable with ambiguity, and chart ways forward even with imperfect information.
Business fluency in Italian and English is a pre-requisite.
Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. Relocation support will not be provided for this role.
