To carry forward our mission we are looking for a Product Lead to join our team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

Defining the product strategy: lead the vision and roadmap of the product, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the platform meets user needs and business objectives. Managing the product lifecycle: oversee all stages of development, from gathering requirements to final delivery, ensuring each new feature provides business value and meets user expectations. Functional development and continuous improvement: write user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.

Work with the development team to implement new features and continuously improve the user experience. Managing the backlog: organize, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are developed efficiently and in line with business priorities. Collaborating with technical teams: work closely with the engineering team to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and capable of handling high traffic and data volumes, optimizing workflow efficiency. Analyzing and improving performance: analyze product performance, gathering data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions that enhance the platform's overall effectiveness. Security and compliance: manage aspects related to data security, user privacy, and compliance with regulations (e. g. , GDPR), ensuring the platform is secure and adheres to international standards. Managing stakeholder relationships: collaborate with various company departments and external partners to gather feedback, ensure needs are met, and facilitate continuous platform improvement. What We Wish You'd Bring With

Experience in the digital sector: at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in digital platforms, complex technologies, or systems handling large volumes of data and traffic. Expertise in scalable platforms: experience managing technological platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and performance, ensuring optimal user experience in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Agile methodologies: experience using Agile methodologies to manage complex projects and implement new features quickly. Analytical skills: ability to use data to analyze and optimize platform performance, with a strong focus on achieving high-quality results. Communication and leadership: excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (C1) and the ability to collaborate with different teams (technical, marketing, operations), as well as external stakeholders.

Ability to manage priorities and motivate the team toward common goals. Results-oriented mindset: practical and results-driven approach with the ability to make quick decisions to improve the platform continuously. NICE TO HAVE
