Help drive initiatives to improve the Product Platform organisation effectiveness.

The team drives initiatives to improve the Product Platform organisation effectiveness, interfacing with other functions to ensure effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination with focus on both the New Product Development (NPD) deck management and Current Product.

As a Product Lead Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Driving the assigned initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Product Management function

- Interfacing with other functions to provide effective coordination

of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination

- Leading the assigned cross functional initiative of NPD Program Management Excellence.

- Collaborating with Product Platforms, Finance, Rewiring and Transformation engineering team to drive improvement and simplification for the product management lifecycle business processes.

- Leading and coordinating multiple project initiatives

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a relevant degree

- Show proven knowledge of Program/Project Management methodology

- Have experience in leading and delivering multi-generation product plans, programs and projects

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate good presentation skills

- Have an excellent understanding of operations & planning methodology's

- Demonstrate some knowledge of turbo machinery

- Have effective problem identification and solution skills
