Product Lifecycle Manager

Your Challenge
As Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM ), your mission will be to take ownership of the success of the Algorithm team's products.
Some of the main activities will be:
Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with team & product strategy, market requirements, technical challenges, and available resources. Partner with the Research and Development leads to sustain a future-proof technical foundation. Lead and develop the PLM team. Develop and continuously refine the case throughout the product's lifecycle. Represent the product to customers and internal collaborators (e. g. , development, marketing, business development). Proactively support pre-sales and bid efforts for product sales. Collaborate closely with other Siemens PLM teams impacting the Algorithm team's product lifecycle. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Proven experience in a product management role. A Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, railway transport, or mobility. Strong analytical, structured, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of railway planning processes and railway operations. Fluency in English. Willingness to travel for meetings with internal and external collaborators, including sales meetings. Passion to never-stop growing. Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge. Eligibility to work in Italy. What we offer
