Your impact:As a Product Line Manager, reporting directly to the CIO, you will work on the end-to-end delivery of projects, specifically on adoption/implementation and evolution projects of SaaS Products for internal use (example: Billing System, ERP, CRM, HCM).
You will identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, helping the team and product find solutions, coordinating with other teams and functional partners, and actively escalating when needed to ensure resolution. Your core responsibilities will be to:Align the business and technical teams concerning requirement, planning, technical solutions and risks/issuesManage project stakeholders, prepare key status meetings and report transparently on project status and issues/risksAssemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities. Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve problems as well as document all steps taken for resolutionManage the third-party partner and vendor relationshipTrack and manage risks and issues of the teamYou will carry them out leveraging on:Excellent facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills, helping the team manage conflicts, challenges, personnel changes and opportunities for growthExperience as Product Owner with SaaS products such as Workday, Hubspot, Netsuite, Board, Zuora/Chargebee, and StripeAbility to relay technical information and instruction to client representatives who possess varying ranges of technical knowledge and backgroundAbility to continue monitor, learn, and implement best practicesBeing a role model for best practices in process execution, motivating other team members to do the sameExperience with the management logic of SaaS products, particularly regarding pricing, sales, and billing methods. What we are looking for:Curiosity: you love a story, and are curious about finding the real story about how a certain customer is using our products, why, and what could be done to further provide solutions to their needs. Problem solving: you have fantastic troubleshooting skills and truly enjoy finding the cause behind a specific problem, explaining it to others, and working with others to find a solution;Content creation: we provide content creation tools that live in software applications to help people design emails, landing pages, and more.
You enjoy building visual content, so you really appreciate the value that our tools provide. Technical skills: you have a good, general understanding of how digital content is created online.
Additional technical skills are a plus.
Knowledge of the email space is an additional plus. Reliability and organization: you enjoy getting things done, and people always look at you as a dependable team member when tasks are assigned. Outstanding communication skills: you love interacting with both customers team members, in writing or in person.

Between travel and meeting time, the retreat typically requires about a week of your time.
