**Product Line Manager
**Commercial Vehicle Europe
**Job responsibilities
As a Product Line Manager Commercial Vehicle Europe, you will outline the European strategy for the concerned Product Line and implement the strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for promoting value selling for the concerned product line.
You will ensure business growth and be responsible for the Profit and Loss status of your product line.
You will also:
- Monitor competitors' activities, collect market information and report
- Propose differentiated competitive product offers technical and commercial wise
- Ensure best in class development of the Product Line (product assortments), keeping up with technology development and exploring the market for partners and new business models
- Ensure business growth (in sales and market share) by defining the appropriate coverage by brand and region and offering support to the sales teams
- Follow up sales development compared to car park (expected qty based on car parc and SKF market share, adequate availability/stock level on SKU level)
- Be the voice of Product Line Commercial Vehicle Europe at the customer to explain the technical and commercial benefits of your products
- Drive cost down projects for the concerned Product Line Commercial Vehicle
- Manage product launches in line with product plan according 4P
- Develop product line to drive it through the whole product lifecycle
- Give input to product marketing material
- Support onboarding of new suppliers and ensure the defined product differentiation
**Job requirements**:
- Min.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English verbal and written
- Hard-working and self-driven, solid organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different people and cultures
- Experienced in Product Line, Sales or Key Account Management or similar
- Experienced in creating a strategy and market investigations
- Availability to travel
- Experienced in managing larger projects
- A previous experience in Independent Automotive Aftermarket (channels, competitors, part producers, Geo specifics. . . ) is a plus
